My friend's computer just started shitting out on him. I'm calling on your expertise. He says it locks up during Counter-strike and he reformated but now after using for a little bit an error comes up saying "win32.exe cannot be found." What is your basic assumption/what does he have to pay to replace?

I was thinking he needs new motherboard.
