i'm actually buying a new mattress soon. it's from one of many, many small chain retailers with generic names around here (hey, the mattress industry is extremely profitable!).

has anyone ever spent extensive time with one of those hyper-expensive tempur-pedic things? it looks like you'd have to pop yourself out in the morning.
