hurray i'm so happy.

for those of you that don't know, Omegadrivers are awesome. they are modded drivers done by a guy who was a former coder for ATI or something. anyway his work is great, best of the best. his drivers are simply the official drivers but further developed with a focus on bug fixes and stability, but frequently add extras like extra resolution support, mobile graphics chip support, improved default image quality, and overclocking options. all at just as good or better performance.

initially he did drivers for both camps, but had to stop making Nvidia drivers because Nvidia wasn't happy about it.

I used to use them when I had a Ti4200 and would experience very improved image quality---which the geforce 4's were known to be lacking.

but Nvidia drivers are back!

he left out mobile chip support with this set, but it should show up in future releases. he tends to run a set behind the official releases, but its all good.

ATI drivers are still available as usual.

he also redesigned his site and I'm pretty sure is using the Jak II menu sounds.
