Does anyone else find the primary circus even more ridiculous than the rest of politics?

A couple weeks ago Hillary was the front runner. Then she loses in Iowa and all of a sudden her campaign is "doomed" and Obama is the future. Now she wins one state and she's made an amazing "comeback"!

When in reality, all that happened is that Obama and Hillary each won one tiny state.

Imagine how annoying it would be to watch basketball if, when the first time someone scored, the announcers raved about how the game was over. And then when the other team scored, they pronounced it a mindblowing comeback. We wouldn't put up with that shit - so why do we allow it with political coverage?
