all the pollsters were extra wrong, who predicted an obama win by like ten points. It was a narrow victory, but an important one.
the other day her voice broke during a speech, and she almost burst into tears. i figured this would kill her credibility, being that a president can't start crying when the President of Iran isn't playing nice, but apparently all the women of NH ate it up, and showed out in record numbers.
oh yeah, mccain won too.

man, i got into a heated, heated argument with my mother about hillary's CROCODILE tears
she thought they were very touching |
lol
pres w. bush and clinton cried like every other day on the campaign trail lol
hillary is a saint to put up with the unflattering pics posted on the front page of papers, and the signs from chevanist males that read "iron my shirts"
she's not gonna change anything, though
they say obama has no experience, but he could have a four year diarrhea session in the oval office bathroom and accomplish more than Geo W
Edit: i just realized maz beat me to the crocodile tears joke. damn you, maz! _________________

Does anyone else find the primary circus even more ridiculous than the rest of politics?
A couple weeks ago Hillary was the front runner. Then she loses in Iowa and all of a sudden her campaign is "doomed" and Obama is the future. Now she wins one state and she's made an amazing "comeback"!
When in reality, all that happened is that Obama and Hillary each won one tiny state.
Imagine how annoying it would be to watch basketball if, when the first time someone scored, the announcers raved about how the game was over. And then when the other team scored, they pronounced it a mindblowing comeback. We wouldn't put up with that shit - so why do we allow it with political coverage? |
boring wins don't sell newspapers, or ad space on the teevee. plus these goddamn things are spead out a week at a time, not the twenty seconds it takes to drain a three.
but your point is well taken.
it is annoying. and it's even more annoying how well these politicians can string the press along, making moves knowing exactly how the press is going to react. _________________
