I've got a Citi Dividend Platinum Select that I've had for a few years, and got with no credit history. I think I have some insane limit now, like $6k+. It's like 3% back on gas an groceries, and 1% on all other purchases. The interest rate is the standard one (17% or so).

I use their online stuff exclusively, and it's pretty convenient. I've only had to call their customer service once or maybe twice, and each time they were fast and actually helpful. They offer virtual credit card numbers, which can be handy for some things.

I've been happy with it, and would recommend it.
