Pretty clearly a false report; very likely fabricated with the intent of promoting this dude's latest porno. As noted elsewhere (neogaf), Sony doesn't control what's released on the format, and Vivid have a porn llineup due this year on BRD. Sony wouldn't be dumb enough to sink the format with such a restriction even if they did have this kind of control over the format.
