Extreme Street Walking

Wow. This would be even funnier if it wasn't a parody (as I thought at first).

No one likes to be injured.

Chris Morris is awesome. I actually like The IT Crowd so it's sweeter that he's in it.

"Just a bunch of people not doing much work, and having affairs!"

I've read that Nathan Barley isn't so good though...

Anyway, here's a bunch of re-dubs of Silent Hill 2 and 3 cutscenes

Also, a video by Michel Gondry that I've posted before. You're looking out the window of a train. The buildings, telephone poles, railroad tracks, smokestacks, and everything else whiz by in time with the music, each element making up a part of the track. It's really amazing.

Another by Michel's brother:
Time-lapse photography of a car ride from LA to NY I like this song as well. Good driving music.

Yeah man, Robot Carnival really was THE SHIT. I actually remember the name, crazily enough.

I wonder how many kids got their first exposure to Japanese whatnots through the Sci-Fi Channel Saturday Anime?

Yep. That was the first time I knew I was watching anime. Project A-Ko, Tank Police, Akira and Robot Carnival all have a special place in my heart because of that magical time (I didn't even mind Ralph Bakshi's commentary between commercial breaks). I remember thinking all the shows were going to be really violent, because they were anime.

I also thought Tale of Two Robots was actually part of a bigger story that was somewhere out there in the world of anime. I wish it was.

Here's something I haven't seen–A short rotoscoped animated short with Tom Waits.

"O Tebe" by Ranetki Girls.

My favorite song on Vladivostok FM. Cool how their drummer is the lead singer.

I never knew that Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal" video borrowed so much from Fred Astaire.

She was extremely unsettling from the very beginning.

I thought it was kind of cool actually! She looked real enough that it didn't bother me.
