I can sympathize because I'm on Win98 and for some stupid reason Wordpad on here is NOT forwards-compatible with more recent Wordpad and .doc files, it's really annoying. So ironically I'm using OpenOffice here. |
It's not so much that I can't sympathize with him as it is that I find his attitude extremely off-putting and bitchy. |

In other words, you're calling me a douchebag because of your own interpretation of what I said? Now that's being a douchebag.
I asked the author of the survey to convert it because:
-If I would convert it myself it would discredit my own "it's not open" point
-It would be a third-party version instead of a first-party one
It also sounds like you think the Microsoft hate is unjustified and that a closed format is no big deal. It's not. |
