Yume Nikki is the first one to come to mind, but I Have no Mouth and I Must Scream was probably worse. Silent Hill 2 is a good option too. But Harvester has wasps coming out of a baby's eyes, a guy with a meat fetish and more, plus, the fmv gives it that estra b movie feeling, so it definitly wins.
About Demonophobia, I want to play it badly, but I always forget about or don't feel in the right mood for such a game. The fifht boss is noteworthy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bbAJEeQd76Q
I haven't played it either, but Xenophobia's demo is promising, it's the game the guy from Demonophobia is doing now. It has some sounds, and a few details, like light and bleeding.
