Um... except whether it's true or not (poor PS3 performance) that's completely irrelevant because Chulip is a PS2 game. You know, the system with the largest installed userbase of any home console? The one that all the people who like RPGs and "quirky" "Japanese-y" games probably already own?
I do wonder about these exclusivity things though... Does Gamestop pay for the exclusive rights, hoping to get the hardcore types into the stores because that's the only place they can get these games? But then again, for niche titles like this it's not like you're going to stumble upon them in Wal-Mart anyway. Though it does irritate my at times since I prefer to buy from Fry's, Gamecrazy, or even Best Buy. Guess I'll just brave the idiots at my local Gamestops... |
