Why was this game delayed for four-ish years exactly? From what I've read the final English build has been finished since forever. Did Natsume just keep getting cold feet?

And on a side note, I'm quite sure that a couple years ago the MSRP listed on GS/EB was 9.99. Dirty pool old boys.
