DragonBlast is a newish freeware japanese fighting game. Its graphics are in 3D but its played like a 2D game.

I can't figure out how to play this game. Every time I select an option on the main menu a little text box appears on the bottom, like it expects me to type some secret code or something. WHAT DO I DO

You're probably pressing the Space Bar by accident. When you press it in the main menu, the chat text box pops up (its used in online play for chatting to whoever you're playing against).

Actually I was pressing enter, but I just figured out that you're supposed to hit the X key. How silly.

I did not have very much fun playing this game.
