That's why Gameworks type of environments make you use a card to play. But with things like Outrun2 SP 4 player linked machines and the new House of the Dead 4 sitting there all shiny, you just slide your card in and don't even think that you really just paid $1.20 to go a round.
Kinda like how MS and Nintendo make you pay real money to get "points" to buy things. That way you don't really think about how much something really costs. |
At least in America the Nintendo points are a direct ratio last time I checked of one point to one cent. So I would be ok remembering just how much money I'm spending when I use them.
The Microsoft points, again in America, are worth 1.25 cents per point. So it's a pain in the ass to relate it to real money and it just feels like they're trying to con me every time I think about using them. _________________ I can no longer shop happily. |
