That's why Gameworks type of environments make you use a card to play. But with things like Outrun2 SP 4 player linked machines and the new House of the Dead 4 sitting there all shiny, you just slide your card in and don't even think that you really just paid $1.20 to go a round.
Kinda like how MS and Nintendo make you pay real money to get "points" to buy things. That way you don't really think about how much something really costs.
