Konami, please port the SNES Turtles in Time one day and add four player support.

I really wish the character models and sets looked as good as the 2D artwork on the HUD and menus.

If I'm informed correctly, Re-Shelled is pretty much literally just a 3D remake of the arcade version with a few added options. I believe they even sorted out the rights issues with most the music at least because the soundtrack sounds pretty identical to the arcade version (they even have the "Heroes in a Half-Shell" jingle) unlike the all new music on the PS2 port. As far as differences between the two, in the Super NES one, Neon Night Riders is a different level, the Technodrome is an additional level and there are more bosses and a different final boss. There is also versus mode, some enemy changes, a couple of worse graphics, and a different turtle balance. I wish this was a "best of both worlds" upgrade. I am pretty obsessed with Turtles in Time!
