Last year my mom told me that at her age, there was a higher chance I'd be born with Down's. She explained that this wasn't a problem though, since she just would have aborted me if I had Down's.
That's a weird thing to hear from your mom. |
Hell, my mom has told me on numerous occasions that she and even the doctor both agreed that I'd have been aborted if there was anything seriously wrong with me in there.
I think she was around 40, anyway. |
the baby my mother was pregnant with before me was aborted because it would've been handicapped. she almost didn't try to get pregnant again (before the abortion she had a late miscarriage) but decided to try again and had me.
20ish, i believe. she got pregnant first when she was 18. _________________

All right. He's serious. It's serious business.
Here's a better question: Why do you care DonMarco? Just bored, or do you have some other interest? _________________

Father: 17
When my Mother became pregnant with me her Dad sent her off to western Kansas to live with some farm family. From what I understand it was shameful and blah blah and we're catholic blah blah. Anyway, she ALMOST aborted me soon after she found out and then ALMOST gave me up for adoption when I was born.
edit: and they're still married to boot! they weren't when i was born so i'm a bastard born of teenage parents! FUCK YEAH! _________________ Get Wild and Tough! |

Remember when Palin's held a press conference and said her daughter is pregnant, then spent like the next four days criticizing the media for covering what she just fucking announced?
But! I knew a guy named Geoff, who turned 21 and at his party mentioned his parents 23 anniversary was coming up. Problem is that the wedding album as later discovered, and his parents married in 1984 instead 1982. Geoff was a bastard and never knew it. We all thought it was funny his parents lied to him. He was a big baby.
You would be amazed how many people out there have never subtracted their age from their mother's age. If they even know her birth year. It's in no way to find the youngest parents, but to get an idea of how diverse the birthing age really is. And our generation is statistically more likely to concieve children. My kids won't have kids until their late 30's, meaning I'll be a grandfather in my ... 70s? Damn, that's late.
Here's hoping some kind of zombie apocalypse kills off 70% of the slower and less muscular men. Leaving only the strongest and fittest and most crazy of the survivalists to re-populate the world! _________________ Still alive. |

it's really strange to think that they were so young now that i am around her age. i couldn't imagine being with child within the 12-18 months. *shudder* |

In my area my family has the biggest child-parent-age-difference. Usually people get children at age 16-22 over here. Many people even have the attitude "I only want to get children until I turn 20-25, after that it's too late for children".
My mother was 31 and my father was 37. |
