I've never actually had anything stolen from my house before, but have on more than one occasion pulled in the driveway with someone checking if the doors were locked. And for awhile it was a near nightly thing to have homeless people knocking on the doors for handouts.
A couple months ago though, my roommate did wake up to one of the homeless guys rifling through the stuff in his bedroom. Apparently someone had left the door unlocked and he just wandered in. The guy was wasted and tried to give my roommate his beer while being chased out of the house. Pretty scary at the time, but kinda funny now.
PS: I really want to move.
That sucks you lost your stuff, but congrats on the Asus. Quite a step up, really. |

If that's the end of it!
I mean, I was wondering what I'd do with the broken down one anyway. Now I can turn that to a profit.
I still need to pay £150 for insurance, but nonetheless. _________________
