Gorilla is group A.
Elephant is group B.
Coffee Maker is group A.
Eggbeater is group B.
Where does Avalanche go and why?
Is it the number of syllables?
Is it an indefinite article?
Or is it a gerund?
It ain't no gerund because
| Quote: |
| As applied to English, it refers to what might be called a verb's action noun, which is one of the uses of the -ing form. This is also the term's use as applied to Latin; see Latin conjugation. |
And it ain't no indefinite article because
| Quote: |
| The indefinite article is just the opposite of the definite article. In English, the indefinite articles are "a, an, some, any." They are "indefinite" because they do not refer to a particular thing as "the" does, but simply refer to an individual or individuals of the noun in a broad sense. |
I dunno guys. _________________

He asked "THEIR indefinite articles." Well, shit, no duh! Elephant, Eggbeater, Avalanche - they're all prefaced by an "an."

Yes, you just reload a previous save and don't get the bad ending.
Then you do the normal ending, and during the normal ending you can unlock the true ending and do another dungeon. _________________

MAN that secret lab was cool. It was like all SIEG ZION with computer monitors and rickety railings and things.
Then the Shadow Naoto was a flying Astro Boy/Kikkaider monster that looked really cool and totally like a 70s windup toy!
The love-child of all three of these.
It was pretty good.
Also reverse trap status confirmed. _________________

megido seems to take care of things in two turns that i could've done in one turn with the right element, which is perfectly fair. |
I don't remember megido skills even being that good in P3, honestly. |

Man, what is Vichyssoise?
| Quote: |
| Vichyssoise (pronounced /viːʃiːˈswɑːz/, commonly mispronounced pronounced /viːʃiːˈswɑː/) is a French-style soup made of puréed leeks, onions, potatoes, cream and chicken stock. It is traditionally served cold. |
| Quote: |
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
* 2 leeks, chopped
* 1 onion, chopped
* 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
* 3/4 cup thinly sliced potatoes
* 2 1/3 cups chicken stock
* salt to taste
* ground black pepper to taste
* 1 1/8 cups heavy whipping cream
* add to recipe box Add to Recipe Box
My folders:
* add to shopping list Add to Shopping List
* add a personal note Add a Personal Note
DIRECTIONS
1. Gently sweat the chopped leeks and the chopped onion in butter or margarine until soft, about 8 minutes. Do NOT let them brown.
2. Add potatoes and stock to the saucepan. Salt and pepper to taste; do not overdo them! Bring to the boil, and simmer very gently for 30 minutes.
3. Puree in a blender or food processor until very smooth. Cool. Gently stir in the cream before serving. |
It seems to be a cold potato soup that originated in America? Interesting. I know nothing about non-Asian soups, really.
P4 is so educational. _________________

Ughhhh
I just realized that when Daisuke from the soccer team looks forward, his eyes look in two different directions. He only gets like that when he's mad though.
Maybe he's so blind by rage that he looks maddeningly nowhere? _________________

I joined the Soccer Team so I don't know about the basketball story.
So far Daisuke's story is pretty interesting. It's a struggle of self, overcoming previous loss to become a full whole. It's interesting that even though you're on the side, you still feel invested in the characters and the arch that they go through. It's different from P3 where things just happened and I'm not too sure why. _________________

Huh, so nothing really vile ever happens? That's kind of disappointing.
I just started Saki Konnishi's brother's S-link and it's kind of jarring because they mention Mr. Morooka as if he's still around. I guess they didn't think people would start the S-link this late in the game, hoho.
I totally didn't want to do his S-link because he looked like someone I knew from high school.
Oh, he gave me a cute hankerchief and was a bit short on words. Hoho, should I interpret this in the worst ways? _________________

Sorry Dess, what should I call him instead? Detective Prince? 探偵王子?
I wonder what it'd be like to know a person as a guy for a long time and then discover they're actually a girl. I suppose as long as their personality is the same it wouldn't be too off-putting. _________________

Whoa, in the Ai S-link, she made me play telephone between her and Daisuke. When she found out he wasn't really interested, she went to the roof and tried to commit suicide!
Dramatic!
I don't know if Daisuke's worth dying over though.
Oh, she's upset because she worked so hard to be pretty and yet cannot earn love. Man, if only most teeangers were as self aware of their problems like the people in these stories, we'd be much better off as a society.
Shit, and then there's Nanako that's the most mature out of everyone even though she's supposed to be in kindergarten or something. :/
Oh, wait Ai was originally fat and poor and kids called her Piggy-hara. Man, that's pretty clever localization. Now she's crying that she doesn't have any other qualities besides her looks, and is falling for me because I told her nice things.
She kinda has the choker thing that Yukari wore too. Is this a trend amongst people of the Lovers arcana?
Man, she tried to get into a relationship at me only at level 6. I wonder if she's supposed to be most player's first girlfriend in the game?
Anyway, I denied her and she looked away sadly.
Oh wait, Rise is the Lovers Arcana. Shoot, what was Ai?
Anyway, I hooked up with Rise too. That makes my cheating circle Yukiko, Yumi from Drama, and Rise. Best game ever. _________________

Same deal for me. Then I finished off courage to try and get with Naoto only for him to get kidnapped and sent into TV world.
I can't wait until I get to the point where I'm done with stats and s-links and will just spend my free time going to TVtartarus or go fishing all the time. _________________

Oh, score! Reading Witch Detectives raises both Diligence and Understanding. Now I know what I'll be doing every night.
I remember in P3 feeling really, really weird when I maxed out my Knowledge. It was like, "wait, what am I supposed to do now? That's not how it works in real life." It brought to question many things I thought about growing up in an Asian household where studying is the only goddamn thing you're supposed to do until you reach 18 and leave the house. It was pretty weird and jarring and it kind of shattered the glass house illusion of the reality of the game all the more.
It feels pretty weird to max stats out in general, I guess. It's like, "now what?" Maybe if additional grinding of attributes like that lead to actual stat benefits in battle, it'd be worth the while? _________________

What is Pork Kakuni?
| Quote: |
Kakuni (角煮, Kakuni?) is a Japanese braised pork dish which literally means "square simmered".
Kakuni is a meibutsu (famous regional product) of Nagasaki. The origin of this dish is most likely Chinese, similar to Dongpo's pork, though not as heavy in sauce. During the Ming Dynasty and Song Dynasty, the main Sino-Japanese trading route existed between Hangzhou and Kyūshū. Many Chinese lived in major Kyūshū port cities, such as Nagasaki and Japanese in Hangzhou. Therefore pork, was popularized in major Kyūshū cities.
[edit] Preparation
Kakuni is made of thick cubes of pork belly simmered in dashi, soy sauce, mirin, sugar and sake. By cooking it for a long time over a low temperature the collagen breaks-down into gelatin keeping the meat moist while becoming extremely tender allowing it to be consumed with chopsticks easily. The dish is often served with scallions, daikon and karashi |

Man, I went back to Maru-Q Striptease to fufill a quest and I ended up fighting these two samurai dudes who drained ALL elements and physical and blocked Mudo/Hama. These would've been the hardest enemies to kill EVER if I didn't have status skills and element resistance breaking spells.

You have to kill the bonus boss, actually. Since the person kidnapped there obviously doesn't join your party, that's the item you get instead of a weapon for them. _________________

Man, Rise just told Yukiko that her small boobs are better because it'd look better in a kimono!
And then Rise was totally shocked at how big Naoto's boobs are! Man, does that mean she's the biggest out of everyone..?
Mysterious! Does she wrap them that much? Seems pretty painful. :/ _________________
