I like it when they go back to their winter clothes as those are their "normal" clothes. _________________

Yosuke loves giving everyone shit to see what they react to.
Meanwhile Kanji likes to eat his animal crackers and look for the penguin.
Best game ever. _________________

Man when you were talking about detective reverse trap I thought you meant Adachi. I was gonna say, he's not that effeminate.
Does dess object to the term "reverse trap" because, for the other 50% of the population, Naoto is a regular trap? |

Hey, this test question is wrong!
It asked whether shedding tears is part of the sympathetic response system or the parasympathetic. According to this:
| Quote: |
| Because reflex secretion of tears is under the sole control of parasympathetic nervous system, tear volume measurement may be useful as a quantitative test for the parasympathetic nervous function. |
So I put in parasympathetic but I got it wrong. :(
What's the deal?
There's more discussion here from this book.
It states how people used to think that crying was both at work but now the data seems to back up that it's mostly the parasympathetic system that is active since it actually paralyzes parts of the sympathetic system to shed tears. Interesting.
I am totally going to email nich maragos and tell him he was WRONG. _________________

What was the actual question. There's a few trick ones where they ask you which one isn't the answer or to pick the incorrect answer to make sure you're actually reading. _________________

Damn, it's probably one of those. I'll reload my save and try again - I'm reluctant to though because I just maxed out my Dojima s-link right after the save and I'd have to go through it again then. :/
ANYWAY it's tooooooo late! I mailed nich maragos and told him my fury. internet raaaaaage!!!! _________________

If you hold the triangle button you can fast forward through text. Though the animations still slow you down.
Guys, here's my wishlist for Persona 5 when it comes out for wii.
- No more instakills on MC = game over.
- Being able to skip cutscenes.
That's it. _________________

I thought P3 did a good idea with letting you carry Humunculi that die when you get hit by Hama/Mudo. I got one in this game but it seems a lot harder to find.
GONNA TRY THAT TEST AGAIN!!
Also, Baines - thanks for the tip. I knew about it though from other SMT games but it's good bit of knowledge for others who might've not. TRIANGLE = SKIP TEXT, guys!!!
Also the right analog stick should work as a joystick too so you really can play it with one hand. _________________

I can't remember--did P3 allow other characters to survive hama/mudo deaths by sacrificing Humunculi? 'Cos Yukiko survived one that way and I was kind of mad at her for it.
They're freaking rare as shit and I need them for myself, dammit! If she could've just gone with it, she could've sat out the last fifteen seconds of the battle and just waited for me to heal her once it was over. Yeesh. |

Dojima says his last line in his s-link like real John Wayne like:
"Don't you know... whooooo I am?? I'm Detective Dojima... of the Inaba PD!!"
Man, what a winner. WHY IS EVERYONE IN THIS GAME

Thesycophant - I don't recall your team members using your stock of items. They usually had a limited stock of their own which mostly consisted of a Medium cure medicine and a bunch of small cure medicines. Maybe she had a resist light or endure skill?
Also, the quiz question in question goes like so:
| Quote: |
| What nervous system plays a role when shedding tears? |
| Quote: |
1. Sympathetic system
2. Parasympathetic system
3. All of the above |
I talked to one of the translators on the game and she thought it was a combination of all of the above. I told her she was dead wrong and then she told me to go email Atlus Japan.
GONNA DO IT
THEY'RE GONNA GET
THE BEST MACHINE TRANSLATED EMAIL EVER
So I'm gonna try 3. Wish me lucks dudes. _________________

It was October 18th, I think. I got it right though.
I'm trying to play this game as purely as I can. I skip all FAQs and even posts in this thread that seem like they're going to spoil anything about what I haven't done yet. ;____;
It's the best way to play Atlus games, guys.
Also, come on, it was YUKIKO using your humunculus! I mean, at least it wasn't fucking TEDDIE!
It was a humunculi well spent. :/ _________________

Baines, I can understand you as a man but I must agree to disagree as a lover.
Kanji's s-link story is great. A kid lost a bunny doll his friend let him borrow because some punk kid told him to chuck it in the river if he's a man, so we spent an afternoon looking for it. When we couldn't find it Kanji was like, "listen kid, you better tell me REAAAAAL GOOD what that bunny looked like" and then he told him and he was like "you go tell sana-chan that you're sorry but I'll get you something that might not look as good."
he's totally gonna sew a new bunny.

Or maybe it's an homage, like everything else the Japanese do
Edit: Like how you can always tell somebody is a bad guy when the adjust their glasses and it causes the light to reflect blocking their eyes
is there anybody like that in this game
Edit2: unless it's a parody I think a Light Yagami Parody could be pretty hilarious
maybe I should get this game tomorrow |

Gin, when you do an All Out Attack, EVERYONE'S glasses do that light reflecting thing. Except Teddie because he doesn't have glasses, he has EYES.
With glasses.
In them.
Ouendan found the best post ever about Persona 4:

The game is EXTREMELY gloomy. I mean, even with the happy J-pop songs. The colours are very dull and grey...and there isn't much to explore in it.
The dialogue is really annoying too. You have to face every main characters' *shadow self*, which is like, their evil side or whatever. Like, the side of them that they have to embrace and accept.
Well, each time you gotta do this, the characters are all like "OH NO, IT CAN'T BE THAT CHARACTER! SHE'S COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!"
...um, you guys already went through this TWICE. OF COURSE IT'S HER, AND YOU KNOW IT. SOOOO annoying. The characters in this game are really, REALLY stupid.
It's really predictable, too.
Oh, and it's totally a The Ring/Grudge/Higurashi rip-off.
The Ring because it's got to do with eerie things concerning TVs.
The Grudge because there are faces cut out of posters in the TV world, just like how faces were cut out of pictures in the movie.
Higurashi because a boy moves into a small town where everyone knows each other and then a bunch of murders start randomly occurring and he has to go figure them out.
Graphics...the graphics seriously look like a late PS1 game/early PS2 game. They suck. |

| My favourite game is The World Ends With You, with Kingdom Hearts II right behind that. I'm not much of a Square Enix fan, but I do like TWEWY and KH. I tried out Final Fantasy X-2 and hated it, and I did Star Ocean: Till the End of Time, and it was alright, but I didn't really like it. |
I always wondered who bought KH and gave it such a fuckhuge fanbase. Now I know not to wonder such things. _________________

Whoa Rise's Persona turned into a Spanish galleon!
Go go Risette!
She's going backwards in time to become more powerful.
She says she can do anything as long as I'm watching.
hu hu
...
Don't the other guys wonder why sometimes their teammate's Persona changes? Like if it was all the girls that changed I think they'd get suspicious.
And then Kanji's suddenly changes too. That'd be a good 4koma. _________________

that's what everyone in the game wants to know too
guys! about the homunculi deal: teammates will shove you out of the way of hama/mudo attacks, so no need to worry about stockpiling homunculi
yukiko saved me from a mudo spell during my fight with the second to last boss (not counting TRUE ENDBOSS). it was the first one too; i didn't even see it coming! thanks baby :B |

Man there was a period of 40 minutes where I was doing some levelling up and every chest I opened had a homunculus in it for some reason.
And I haven't encountered and hama/mudo enemies in a while. |

When we were doing the group date cafe, I sat on the girl's side because there weren't enough girls. Then I said I'd date Kanji, ahaha.
Yosuke made fun of him but in a way that he couldn't catch: "You're real manly! A guy men could get behind!"
Hohohohoh
Then Rise came in and was like "sup senpai how are you doi-" then she stopped and then slowly walked out backwards.
This game is class. _________________
