I love this game so much I bought it twice.

Yeah, analysing it's Freudian tendancies may be craptastic, but this game, this GAME, is so fun and cool and jugular...I really, really enjoy it, from the camp to the homages it pays to the jump-scares to the feeling you get when you finally have enough ammo and weapons to kick the ever-lovin' crap outta the base enemies.

High Point: Fighting two giants in a lava pit and dumping one into said pit, then running around like a fool trying to kill the second one without getting stomped or thrown from the scaffolding. First off, it's scary and exciting. Secondly, why was the scaffolding and zip-line there in the first place? To make a fun set piece is why! So I could have videogamey fun. Thanks, Capcom!

I'm not sorry I linked that other article. Good for a laugh. Not necessarily good. Whatevah.

I'd say play the GC version for your first playthrough. Better graphics and the controls feel perfect. PS2 version is a good game with lots of extras, but it's a port, there's a slight downgrade to the graphics and... Hell, it's still great. Plus, the extra's are very worth it to me. I really liked what they added for the PS2 release.

But I won't get rid of my GC version. I'm dumb like that.

You mean, a remake of Dino Crisis 3? Or a new game altogether? Never played 3, though now that my X-Box works again, I'm kinda glad you mentioned it.
