Okay, so for all RE4 lovers (I count myself among them); if you had to go back and play it, would you:
b) play the GC version via Wii?

I am currently doing this! I'm trying to improve my aiming skill in FPSs and shooting games in general, and I think I'm getting better at it. Right now I'm going through with only a pistol/shotgun combo.
For some reason I recently realized how fun the game was. And I still haven't seriously tried Mercenaries or Assignment Ada yet, which people seem to be having the most fun playing.
The Wii is good for playing your Gamecube games in progressive scan, since they stopped making component cables for GC or something. |

Last time I played, I shot a bald, pale cultist and one of las plagas came out. But his head didn't explode; it flipped open at the neck like a Pez dispenser. So there was this huge bug thing coming out of his neck, and his head was just sort of flopped back, still attached to the body.
It was kind of freaky. I'd never noticed it before.
Also, I wish Magnum ammo was more common. I always sell back the Broken Butterfly because I can hardly find any bullets for it! Maybe because it's too awesome? I always like Magnums in games (Half Life 2, Gears of War, Vice City).
Really looking forward to RE5, especially since they want to get it running at 60fps (if that's possible). |

| Yeah, I still have to go through Mercenaries. I tried it way back when, after I first beat the game, and I wasn't very good at the game so I sucked at getting combos. But it's the same system as PN03 right? |
