A lot of the production of The Thief and the Cobbler happened in the UK too.

Even better was when they actually made it to the wildlife reserve. It got worse

The scene where the big bad Blue Fox (Scarface I think) savaged one of the Red Foxes 3 month old cubs to death on screen made me quit watching it and traumatised my 10 year old self. And BBC showed this at 3:30 every afternoon. Not even Eastenders was that violent and depressing at its peak.
