yeah animals of farthing wood was damned depressing - you just knew one of the smaller non-fox animals was gonna get it everytime they decided to cross the road.

Round the Bend(not round the twist)? Anyone remember that? It was full of parodies of things.. Weeman, killer teeth and other slightly disturbing things.

Roobarb & Custard.
James the Cat.
Henry's Cat.

Oh man, I remember that show. I loved the theme song. Also I remember some character who gained magic powers when he dropped his pants?

I think that was Weeman. There was a crocodile too. But I forget if he was the host or some random puppet gag character.

RobotRocker - that Dreamstone thing looks really familiar, I remember that bananafish thing, but I'm sure I never used to watch it.

I think the Peperami ads count as British animation.. Or at least the puppet ones do. Random fact- I used to work for the guy who created and animated him!

Also we're forgetting the Welsh (voice talent at least!) dynamos that were Fireman Sam and Postman Pat!

there's a great youtube thing, where they playback Fireman Sam in reverse, so that he's an arsonist... Search for "Arsonist Sam" its actually quite funny & works remarkably well. Slightly not British...but the Geordie dubs of Tintin are hilarious & a great time killer at work.

here's another good one - Crapston Villas.
Also 2DTV, a sort of less funny 2D version of Spitting Image....and the back catalogue of Aardman Studios.
