| Are there any DS homebrew games that are actually good? Also, how come so many of them don't work on my R4? |

Unfortunately or not, the stuff that stands out as really exceptional (as of a couple of years ago, mind) are the ports, e.g. Lemmings and Another World. |
So, I guess, at least playing them as ports is better than dodgy SNES emulation, right? You mind linking a few good ports? I'll be your friend (though that's probably not a good enticement). |

| joy2key is one of those things that is really simple to use, but doesn't properly convey its simplicity. |

It's mostly because I'm ignorant, but I actually don't like Tetris at all. |

| Is there a way around getting a GC memory card to save Gamecube games on a Wii? I know there's no "official" way, but I figured you guys might...know something. There's a code for Spartan: Total Warrior that unlocks all the missions/quests/levels...I guess I could use that and just not skip ahead prematurely...you know...use it to pick up where I left off. |

| Sorry I posted that question about Tropico 3 times, I just noticed. I wasn't trying to be obnoxious, it was a browser hiccup, I guess. I seem to be unable to delete the second and third instance of it. |

I looked at all of SB's Gamecube recommendation threads, but there are still a bunch of games I'm wondering about: Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness, Kirby Air Ride, Battalion Wars, James Bond 007 From Russia with Love, Mega Man Network Transmission, Rayman Arena, Frogger: Ancient Shadow, Summoner: A Goddess Reborn, Amazing Island, Evolution Worlds, Disney's Hide & Sneak, Teen Titans, Cel Damage, Mystic Heroes, Capcom Vs. SNK EO, Go Go Hypergrind, One Piece Grand Adventure, Super Bubble Pop, Carmen Sandiego, Virtua Quest, Darkened Skye, Ribbit King, Goblin Commander, One Piece: Grand Battle, Aquaman: Battle for Atlantis, Trigger Man, D&D Heroes, He-Man: Defender of the Grayskull, Galidor: Defenders of the Outer Dimension, Rave Master and Whirl Tour.
Please tell me if any of this is either really good or really bad, or interesting enough to bother with and also, let me know if there's a superior version on another console. |

Aw man...I LOVED the idea of an Aquaman game. Oh well.
Why are there so many fucking Dynasty Warriors games on the 360? Why do people buy these over and over? Have you met someone who was into these? What were they like? |

Does anyone know how/what I might need in order to use the wireless Tekken 6 Hori stick with my computer...to use MAME and stuff...that is...if such a thing is possible?
Also: Sorry I always accidentally put news in the quick questions thread.
Edit: 1. Is that new Cave shooter twin-stick, or could I use my arcade stick for it?
.
2. What should I get from XBLA or XBLIG to play with my arcade stick (besides fighting games, I've already got those taken care of). I was having fun playing the Gunstar Heroes demo on the stick... |

No, I haven't, that's why I'm asking. Don't be a stick in the mud. |

| Well, to be honest, I hadn't really heard of Gave until this new game came out. I'm not really a seasoned shmup player but it's a genre I'm interested in exploring further...plus...it's very compelling to shell out the cash in support of Cave's decision to go region free. I want stuff like that to keep happening. |

| How come in Triggerheart Exelica, sometimes projectiles seem to pass over me without causing harm and then other times make me lose a life? What am I missing about how the game works? |

That would make sense. But, so far, it's kind of impossible to tell where the hitbox is with so much stuff all over the screen. |

| I completed Triggerheart on normal and really really liked it (will play through many more times and on higher difficulties) How do I go about playing more bullet-hell shooters of this kind? I have Xbox 360 w/ wireless arcade stick, PS3, PS2, Wii, Laptop...I'm aware of MAME, but is that worth using with the madcatz street fighter IV pad (which is all I have for a pc controller)? I know about that new Cave game, but the price is too steep. |

While swinging stuff with the anchor, a tiny green dot will appear in the center of your character, marking the hitbox. |
Thank you. Also: I've been playing some DoDonPachi on my laptop (which you may remember mentioning to me as a Cave shooter that was easy to get ahold of). I like it a bunch. It makes me want to get a VGA cable and hook up to the TV. |

it's been said many times before, but for playing 2d games on a pc, a usb saturn pad is essential. they're cheap on ebay. |
Well the SF IV fightpad is pretty much a Saturn controller...so it'll do the job for now. It's working well for Donpachi. |

| Oh...well sorry guys. I've never actually held a Saturn pad, my understanding was that it was designed to sort of replicate the Saturn pad. |

usually you can find the flv file by just searching the page's source. Then just download that and play it with this.
Happy God-Hand-playing! |
Thanks, I've just been trying this, but I don't really know what I'm doing. Could you please explain a little further for someone who's not computer and code saavy? |
