Yes you can. They made a split cable to do that. _________________

It is also heavily scripted so that every player that comes across the event will have the exact same experience while playing it.
As for Valkyrie Profile 2 it is both a sequel and prequel, and I don't mean in the Resident Evil 3 sense. _________________

As for DSL screens I've hard talk that the currently manufactured screens are blurrier. I don't know if it has to do with referesh rates but the new screens are supposed to be in the model numbers starting with UG7. _________________

EBgames and the official website disagree with you on that one. _________________

One was planned actually. Possibly under development too, but yeah, that's why they axed it. _________________

Obscure is kind of like Action Maniac Mansion. The translation quality is a little spotty though (it's a french game). It's still relatively cheap for the PC and Xbox. _________________

The sound in the Xbox version is out of sync by about a half second in cut scenes. Neither PS2 version has this problem. _________________

Go here: http://maws.mameworld.info/maws/
Search for the name of the game that isn't working. If it's a clone then find the parent and download it from a site like these. Zophar lists games by set name, and set names are (supposed to be) universal. If it's a parent file then check the driver compatability. It might not be playable yet. _________________

I'm trying to find a video that was posted on IGN a few years ago about a game concept that looked an awful lot like what the new Silent Hill has turned into. The main character was an amnesic girl in a paramedic jacket who was trapped in a town in the middle of a blizzard. She gets in a fight with a wolf and also has to open some cabinets and manually look through them. At the end of the video she sees a Sadako style ghost at the end of a hallway. Does anyoen remember what this prototype was called?
EDIT: Found it.
I hope that there was some kind of mass exodus from n-Space to Climax after Winter got canned because there are way too many similarities between that and Silent Hill Shattered Memories. _________________

The method of opening containers as physics puzzles is exactly the same between them. They also both have a very minimalist combat mechanic. In SH SM you have to run away from enemies and the best you can do is daze them for a second with a flare. In Winter the main character isn't shown with any way of fighting the ghost that attacks her and "fighting" the wolf only required her to be holding a knife when it jumped on her. There are other screenshots that show her holding a pipe and tire iron, but based on the video I don't think the developers had any ideas of how combat would work, and after another two years of planning or development they probably would have ended up with a system like SH SM's. _________________

Are developers allowed to make Xbox achievements or playstation trophies that are impossible to acquire? I don't mean achievements that only 0.01% of the player base will ever be able to acquire, I mean stuff that positively can never be won. _________________

Pretty sure it works the exact way the miser ring's always worked i.e. you get stat bonuses based on how much gold you currently have, and you need so much gold for it to be better than any other item in the slot that it's never worth equipping. _________________

| Why are there so many fucking Dynasty Warriors games on the 360? Why do people buy these over and over? Have you met someone who was into these? What were they like? |
there are even more on the PS2.
A friend of mine is a huge fan of the musou games. He has said that the one thing he enjoys most in games, all games, are cute girls, and musou games have the cutest. Considering this holds true for every game he has ever claimed to like (excluding Oblivion, but he only plays that to be an asshole with the physics engine) I'm going to assume he was being honest.
Also I think he really enjoys killing chinamen.
Evolution Worlds is apparently a port of Evolution 2 with a heavily edited version of Evolution 1 taped onto it as a prologue. Considering how neither of those were good games I highly doubt Worlds is.
A guy I know played that Carmen Sandiego game. He owns a GCN and Xbox, but no PS2. That's the kind of trash he'd have to play and pretend it had redeeming value because of that decision. _________________
