Ooh, does this mean you might not need to go to the practice spaces anymore? You'd just be able to jam whenever? That could be better than the tent.

Three minutes' walking, or three minutes' fast walking? What's the tempo of this supposed walk?
Anyway, that all sounds like awesome good news, and I hope that it turns out as well as it could.
