tulpa you may be surprised to know that after a considerable amount of travel literally nobody puts marinara on phillies outside the tri-state area, people don't even consider it. i mean it's not even an option.

jersey diners are definitely their own thing, i don't think the food is any better necessarily, they're just unique atmospherically.

new orleans is just its own thing. a totally wonderful, amazing, delicious fucking beautiful thing
