I'd rather play some multi than brave new game+, so let me in on this. I think there's a stone in the endgame that lets you summon to specific games, though I'm not 100%

yeah, you're just helping out the guy who summons you. It won't effect your game in any way - the boss won't be cleared in your game, if you haven't done it already, et cetera.

not so sure just how much access I have to mp at the moment - I beat the game and started ng+, though haven't finished 1-1 yet.

I think there's some sort of cap so you can't play with people when there is a large difference between your levels
