So yeah...

I've gone from 235lbs this time last year, to 195lbs this year.

I eat like shit still, and that really has to stop, but I hit the gym a minimum of twice a week, and I aim to go three times, added to a run or two!

I do 40 push ups a night, and my pecs look nice!

I want to get into running, but I feel im too heavy to be good at it...Im doing a sprint triathlon in May, 500M Swim, 12KM Bike and 5KM run...seems faily easy!

I already did one last yeah, but it was a relay...

I did the swim and the bike, and the wife did the run.

I can already run and bike the distance...just adding the swim!

Easy.

I'm trying to get fit. I lift 2-3 times a week and play basketball for a couple hours 2-3 times a week, too. It seems like it takes too long, and my friends who I do this with are a little bigger than I'd like to end up. Optimally I want to be super trim and have slight wings - lats i think are the main muscles. I want to learn how to do parkour, and I think being in shape enough for that would make me happy.
