I'm trying to get fit. I lift 2-3 times a week and play basketball for a couple hours 2-3 times a week, too. It seems like it takes too long, and my friends who I do this with are a little bigger than I'd like to end up. Optimally I want to be super trim and have slight wings - lats i think are the main muscles. I want to learn how to do parkour, and I think being in shape enough for that would make me happy. _________________ interdimensional |
