Pete on my left, Will on my right. The look on my face says, "I've been awake for 36 straight hours and this is my second pitcher; dare me to go on?" This was at a strip club. Wasn't very busy that night, so they let me crash on the couch for an hour.

Dude, seriously. Repetitive WASD and mouse movements are great for the forearms. But no, I'm not very athletic. The last sport I played seriously was backyard baseball in my distant youth. I have been into weightlifting for a while, but not really consistently. Like, right now I'm pushing 250, but a significant chunk of that is just plain fat. I need to get back into a regimen so I can at least look proportional again.

Hey maybe in the not-too-distant future someone will invent organic vessel piping that would let us do just that! NOTE TO SELF: Don't use the squat machine wearing a t-shirt with seams going right down the shoulders. It will leave marks.
On the plus side I set a new personal best, for sets anyway. I've yet to try for the max.

How low were you going before? Anything less than 90* at the knees can be dangerous if your form isn't correct. Back straight, push off your HEELS, not your toes, etc.

Lower that weight, son. No pain no gain is a macho myth. Your back hurting means that your form is poor. Shouldn't really need a belt if you're doing it correctly. If the weight is so much that you can't maintain proper form, then you're clearly lifting too much. It's not worth the numbers gains. I myself have a hard time with my form, that's why I switched from the barbell to the squat machine. Lets me squat a lot more, and my form is not a hazard. As I get stronger on the machine I'll go back to the free weight, but I'm in no rush.

The admin of this other forum I troll (freaksafari.com) gets them made himself. There are others, all original. He sells them for $25, which is a bit much to be honest, but the reactions are worth it. He's a funny bastard.
It probably bears mentioning that the guy used to be a mod on the tucker max forums, then left to do his own stuff. A lot of the members are former tmmb regulars who've had enough of the BS.

I was supposed to be Chuck Taylor (chappelle's show; I even wore my Converse to drive home the point) but I couldn't wear the makeup since it was raining. Most people just thought I was Donald Trump anyway. Dumbasses.
