This is possibly the ideal photo of me because you really cannot see me.
Later the person who couldn't be bothered to turn on the flash commented that I look like an "especially dorky bouncer".
This is moderately more apparent in photographs that actually feature light.
I am probably saying "give me that goddamn camera" as I did throughout the evening.

What manner of revolver is that Machine Gun Heart?
I've been looking into getting a .357 (happy to be able to use the smaller, cheaper .38 special in it for general practice and initial acclimation) and all my semi-auto 9mm owning friends mock me for wanting A Wheelgun.

don't get a fucking saturday night special. if you're wanting a gun to use, that's not just for show get something more practical, like a semi-auto.
i'm a fan of rifles myself. my dad and myself own a few. used to use them when we went hunting, if we didn't use our bows.
i know it's cliche but i really would like to own a ww II era m1. they're such pretty guns. but, since i'm not fucking rich it's sort of hard to purchase one. |
I'm actually being really careful and doing a lot of research. Most of my family are gun enthusiasts, and the only thing that's really kept me from getting into it is cost.
You seem to be implying that anything that isn't a semi-auto is likely a poor-quality gun. Am I clear?
I get out and shoot other people's weapons whenever I've the opportunity. I've also always wanted a Garand myself, enough to have seriously looked into getting one of Springfield's repros before deciding that maybe having a functional car would be the better investment.
