The first foreign game I bought from someone was Soccer (from Tonkin House) for the Gameboy ... somewhere around 1993. Great game ... and it didn't occur to me back then that I had an import-game.
The first game I imported myself is Katamari Damacy ... followed by Rez (jap.), ESPgaluda, Code Age Commanders, Steambot Chronicles and R-TYPE FINAL (jap.) ... more to come, I suppose.
Anyway, I really loved Picross 1+2 on my GB ... the day I decide to actually buy a DS, that might be worth a try.
