[Laurel Soup]

At the very start of the fourth level of Violent Storm you can stomp a dude sleeping on the ground to death.
It plays like a more finely tuned Final Fight. There's more enemies with less health so there's no waiting around so you can jump kick someone off screen again and again and again.
Plus its got some of the most inappropriately upbeat music ever including a rap about rescuing Sheena.
