Hey guys, I joined back in February when extrabastardformula told me about this place, but have only recently decided to browse it on a regular basis due to the fact that my e-wife was banned on my previous forum of choice and since then it's just gone to hell. So I guess I'll start coming here for leisure now and only going there when I get IM'd or PM'd to moderhate something. I probably should have been doing that from the get go anyways since from what I've seen thus far, this is a far better place.
My name's Eric, I'm 18, Caucasian, rather hefty, and I live in Chicago. As far as my tastes go, I like a lot of things and dislike a lot of other things. It would be hard to really specify, but I could tell you now that I hate all MMOs and "sandbox games" (and yes, that even includes Dead Rising. I'm sorry, I just can't get into it, no matter how hard I try). I spend much more time than I should online, so I'll probably be around a lot as soon as I get a better feel for the community.

Hello. I am smotchlet, and I am named after my flash drive, which I also named. I am known as Mitch_the_Switch on Game Informer, and have been bumming around there for longer than I'd like to admit. Then some friends in meatspace told me that their forums > my forums and they were right. =(
Lately I haven't played much besides everything posted on TIGSource and Touhou games, but I love and play all kinds of games.
I had a nightmare a couple days ago that I posted on SB which somehow made the forum explode. If it turns out my dream was prophetic I apologize in advance. |

Hello, my current name for going around the internet is Eudaimon. I tend to keep a low internet profile, though a couple of you may recognize me from the 100-in-1 KnP Pirate Kart Meltdown.
I've been lurking Select Button Dot Net just about since it's inception; I started off in this general circle of the internet by somehow finding The Gamer's Quarter about a year ago, and then I think it was the first time I checked out the forums there when I saw a discussion about Mr. Toups creating a new website. So basically, I completely missed the insert credit drama, though I have since learned what happened.
What can I saw about myself? My taste in video games seems to be similar to the generalized SBDN sentiment. I have a love/hate relationship with RPGs. The first videogame I owned was Sonic 2. I am currently an art student. I guess that's about it. |
