I think it's for the same reason it hasn't been ported to anything else yet. A faithful conversion would just be too difficult to achieve. |
No, I'm pretty sure it's Ikaruga instead of RS for the same reason it's SotN instead of Rondo--one has better name recognition, and even if it'd be a greater service to players to provide a game that haven't actually played a thousand times, it's all about the feather-in-the-cap mentality. |
