I'm willing to bet, not having seen that screen, that they really mean "don't pirate our game." By far the vast majority of American players of Akatsuki BK are people who downloaded it off of a torrent site. Of course, that really just means they need a good, hard lesson in the realities of selling digital media, but I'm not here to preach.
