Apparently Taito/Square/Enix has dug through their collective drawers and remembered they have another jRPG property that has been gathering dust all these years.
I am betting this new Lufia will probably debut on one of the handheld consoles since nobody is willing to spend money to develop an 80 hour RPG on a modern console. I never did play the Lufia on GBA now that I think about it. Did anyone?

I'd be buying (even reserving) many more games if they didn't retail for 59.99. I know it's an old thing to bitch about, but this just makes me too picky about buying things unlike the PSone and PStwo days.
Maybe things just need to drop in price faster.

No worries.
Honestly, I've not been paying attention like I used to. I've actually been waiting for a price drop on Bayonetta for a while, but eventually something new and shiny comes out and I forget to check up on those other games I previously earmark.
I was huge on importing things back in the PSOne/DC days, too. The NES/Mega Drive days I did not care about prices since I was mostly buying things at flea markets and nothing ever really exceeded $20. It wasn't until everything came on scratch-able discs that I cared about trying to buy new.

At least in the first one I felt some accomplishment for taking them down, fat XP, maybe a rare drop for a cool weapon, not so much in part 2.

Since I like Castlevania (and so do you) I am going to post this video here. Looks like a remake of Castlevania III and after playing the WiiWare Adventure remake I could go for more 2d vampire whipping with big tank belmonts (though the one here has a floaty hop) and stages.

I know how you feel. It feels like only yesterday that we thought the PS3 would be worth having because it was region free and because the PS2 was getting all the cool imports.
Japan still finds ways to give foreigners the finger...
