Cosmic Osmo was also also great. It's less known due to the lack of a PC port.
Same for Spelunx, which had this modular edu-cave system that really should have been expanded upon. |

Nobody's heard of that game, and even fewer people in America have heard of the comic it's based on.
It's a shame Rebellion has so many 2000 AD titles that would lend themselves well to game adaptation when 2000 AD's completely unknown in the states.
The best Judge Dredd game I could imagine at this point in time would actually be an RPG directed by someone like Chris Avellone over at Obsidian. That comic is really driven by its concepts, not its action. |
