You can go ahead and scoff at Crackdown. It's allowed.
And yeah, March is indeed turning out to be a big month. And for more mainstream PS2 tatses, you've also got God of War 2, Vice City sories, and the Metal Slug Collection. _________________

There's no shame in that. Early word is that the mini-games are pretty useless, but the actuall game is pretty not bad!! _________________

Uhh, I think Atlus needs all the sales it can get. They haven't had an honest hit since Desgaia as far as I can tell. Outside of the fact that every game they publish has teensy production numbers, I can't figure out how they stay afloat.
And not buying Izuna probably wouldn't send the message that Atlus should not publish swishy rougelikes, but rather that they shouldn't publish Rougelikes at all. I mean I would imagine. Or perhaps it'll send the message that advertising an RPG on the merit that you play as a woman is not wise. Seriously, has any one else seen the print ads for Izuna?
And I quote: "Finally, an RPG tough enough for a man, but played as a HOT CHICK!" (Emphasis Atlus, not mine). _________________

True, but the reprint didn't happen for almost a year after release, probably because interest had then been piqued for the Wii version (I would conjecture). Compare that to something like the first Pheonix Wright which had to be reprinted multiple times consecutively because so many people wanted it but couldn't get it. Or Desgaia which is STILL $50 (At best) 3 years after its release.
But at any rate, you're absolutely right, I totally forgot about Trauma Center. That would indeed be another game they definately got to the black. _________________
