Type: Crispy-fried with a chili/fish paste
Fashion Consumed: Fingers, from a paper cone
Cons: Heavy mental block to overcome, if you dislike the idea of eating insects. Can be difficult to locate out of season?
Pros: The sauce is awesome. I think it's called nam pla . great on rice, too.
Overall: Asian french fries. I'd be interested to try these with ketchup. Grasshopper legs were gross, though, I'd pull those off if I were to eat these again.
