Every time I read the title of this thread I keep imagining some sort of awesome Sonic The Hedgehog Doom mod. Like, high speed FPS. I don't know. Maybe it could be fun.

I love spending like 5 minutes at a time in that mod. If only we had something like that first area with tons of polish on a modern console.
