| My haircut turned out OKAY. Not the best I've ever had. Not even equal to the best I've ever had. But it's okay. |

It's decent, I think. _________________

Just subtitle it "we're getting the back back together for the first time".
So I am awake right now. It is almost 7 in the morning. The sun will be coming up soon. I need to be asleep before this happens, because I have a hellishly difficult time sleeping if the the sun is up when I start. Yeah, I am weird like this.
The reaosn I bring this up is that my sleep pattern for this weekend is, at this point, inescapably fucked up. It has been awhile since I got this out of whack, so we will have to see what effect this has.
My hair is not getting cut, as I totally cut it last weekend. I do, however, have a beard that I decided to grow because it is winter in Ohio and it seemed fitting. The only troubling part of this is that middle part of my mustache, you know, right under the nose, you know, what would be known as "the hitler" if it were the only hair on my face I let grow...yeah, there is no hair there. I named that the "power alley".
Oh, and I found one really long eyebrow hair this morning.
I need to go to bed.
This should be an interesting weekend. |

So look, if someone will volunteer to play guitar (and like, WELL), I will still bring my drumz.
Also does anyone live inbetween louisiana and kentucky? I'll be passing through mississippi, alabama, and tennessee on the way. Don't some of you foolz live in birmingham?! _________________

Toups, my skills with the guitar are only novice. I apologize.
I may be able to bring my saxaphone. I haven't played it in quite some time, though. I'll whip it out tonight and see if I can still play it decently. |

I've been known to play a MEAN guitar. And by that I mean I love to jam my hand all over things and make stuff happen.
I'm more suited for soundscapes!
Also, I am not getting a haircut, so my semi-fro will stay. _________________

OMG Toups what if we stop at the same rest stop and I am all like "TOUPS HI!!!" and you are like "Who is that weirdo?" and then you get in your car and drive off because you want to avoid the weirdo? Will you do that?! I have an over active imagination. |

well, we could certainly caravan. i'll be taking my car, which is going to be full (focus, chu, natalie, and possibly aimee).
if you'd like to meet up at a certain place and rock it up there together, that'd be cool, but we're leaving at around 9-10pm central from alabama. you probably won't be on the road at the same time. _________________

Let's see, I think Seth wanted to leave at like 10A, so... 3 or 4, probably. Maybe less depending on how fast we drive! _________________

Oh well! I just wanted some company :(

I guess if I leave around 8 AM I'll get there around 8 PM, give or take a few hours. Maybe I'll leave earlier.
On the other hand I'm kind of getting cold feet about this. I mean I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone but the drive itself is starting to look pretty menacing. It's not so much that I mind making the 12 hour drive there, it's more the 12 hour return drive that I'm going to have to make the morning after that's freaking me out. Not sure I can handle that much road time.
I'll have to decide tonight. _________________

Man, I know that feeling. Toups, aren't you riding with someone? From experience, it's a lot easier if you've got a mate watching and talking with you.
I hope you can make it, seriouslly dawg. _________________

I'm not riding with someone. I was hoping I could rope one of my friends to ride with me, and I was originally riding with dalenixon but he had to cancel due to work. So yeah, no takers.
As it is... I don't know. I'll decide tonight. _________________

Dude, you don't have to drive 12 hrs, spend a fwe hours with everyone, then drive home. Everyone is welcome to stay the weekend or more, as we would love to have you guys around longer.
Don't feel like you gotta leave on the first. Hell, you'll miss Louisville itself, which should make for a couple interesting excursions! |

Not you too, Toups! I'm paying good money to meet and drink with all you e-celebrities.
I'll buy you a pie or some sort of tasty consumable of you show up! I was spending no money on games and other toys so I can have money to share down there!

Yeah, everybody should experience Louisville while they have the chance. Very charming city. It's got some of the charm of the south, while still being metro and "hip" enough.
Louisville is quite nice because nothing is really the norm there. Most of the city has this "alternative" vibe going on.
Toups, please come. Gosh man, seriously. You have to.
Also, I can't get off work early, or get the day off. So considering I get off of work at 5 PM, and it takes around 2 and a half hours for me to get to Louisville from home, I should end up there between 8 and 9, most likely.
I will gladly try and spend New Year's day up there as well, but I have to work the next day, probably. |

Okay, I will bring them under the conditions they don't get destroyed or stolen as they're my only pair.
I've got a classic controller as well. Is that desired as well?
Also! Do you have any connections for an iPod to a stereo system? I would love to help kick out some tunes. _________________
