nothing will ever be as good as playing GoldenEye as a kid, killing my siblings and friends
when i loaded up TimeSplitters i got a nostalgia hit from the INTERFACE, dammit
got Halo ODST with my XBox, and it's weird... i haven't played a modern FPS, so i thought it would all be new to me. but i'm disappointed/relieved at how easy and fluid it felt. not too sure how i feel about the regenerating health, but only picking up two weapons is kinda annoying. does force you to consider the tactical situation though
but it seems like half the time i'm still circle-strafing and shooting _________________ Someday somethings coming

yeah, last time i played COD multiplayer (ages ago) i was utterly unprepared
my Internet connection now is actually WORSE than it was 10 years ago, so no mulitplayer for me. i do have fond memories of using Half-Life deathmatch as an energy boost after class _________________ Someday somethings coming

that speed made it fun though. i SUCKED at HL but i could still run around, cap some people, and run off. it was like a caffeine hit
is Perfect Dark Zero any good? _________________ Someday somethings coming

I beat The Darkness a few weeks ago. Thought the last level was pretty underwhelming. They tried to do what Half-Life 2 did but it didn't quite work. Still, the City Hall sequence was amazing and the atmosphere was great. I actually liked the characters, which is rare in a game. _________________ Someday somethings coming

http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2011-10-04-rage-review
"Judged on game design and content, then, it's slightly anachronistic, but as a toy box full of things you can only do in games, Rage is warm-hearted and refreshing. It's not going to change the world, but it does serve as a timely reminder of that other thing id Software games always did besides smashing through some new technological barrier. They made shooting things fun, and it's nice to have that back. "

"It's true that other shooters will probably sell more units than Rage, but do any of them have a crossbow bolt that, upon hitting a target, allows you to pilot the victim towards a group of their comrades, and then blow the lot of them to pieces? " _________________ Someday somethings coming
