| I like that the IIDX14 girl isn't covered in straps, buckles, and belts. Good to see GOLI is getting out of his Nomura phase. |

My avatar is from that thread where diplo drew what he figured everyone looked like, and the sig comes from that thread where deci redid everyone's avatar/sig in the Select Button scanlines fashion. _________________

Is this a trick question?
You can thank DJ for igniting the obsession which eventually lead to the current avatar. The sig is nothing special, just something I thought related to the forum. _________________ Steam/PSN/Xbawks: GcDiaz

Her identical twin sister is actually kind of hilarious on a conceptual level because she's just a typical office lady and she lives down in Shikoku. She dresses in black and white and only comes to Tokyo like twice a year. I highly doubt she'd be up for a journey around the American Midwest in the Popfairy Bus. _________________

Strange. I just read about Inframan, like, 4 days ago, I think, for the first time. I've always found it curious when I read about something relatively obscure and then happen upon it someplace else right after it. Internet stuff.
My avatar and sig are usually related to my username, that is the Quickshot (correct way to spell it, by the way) II Turbo joystick. But right now it's a sketch for a vase designed by Alvar Aalto in 1936. I change them sometimes, i.e. whenever I find something beautiful. Aalto's vases are very beautiful. _________________

Baader-Meinhof.
Also, Tim, is there a thread somewhere about your great American migration? I'm vaguely tempted to try to meet up with you if you make it to the southwest. _________________

Avatar is Chang from King of Fighters '98, whose win portraits I always particularly liked. Really shows Chang at his finest, as a gigantic Korean ex-con with a gigantic iron ball on a chain. His best friend is a Korean midget who dresses like Freddy Krueger (also an ex-con). Together, they are forced to fight crime by the smarmy, self-righteous tae kwon do jackass what caught them.
Sig is Fist of the North Star's Kenshiro, the greatest man never to walk the earth. There is something awe-inspiring about watching a man alternate between imploding gigantic biker punks' bodies and curing children's illnesses with the same pointy finger, all with crazy Bruce Lee whooping and manly tears for the plight of the oppressed throughout. The story of his epic journey to beat the ass of his asshole compatriots, all of whom seem to have lusted for his long-lost girlfriend, is truly a rite of passage for anyone who fancies themselves an anime nerd. _________________

My avatar is the Gundam inspired condom ad that popped up earlier on kotaku. Since I was trying to figure out what I should use as an avatar when I saw it I took the easy way out.
Sig is from a remixed version of Civil War issue 7, and it is the battle cry of the Thor Robot.

Hell yeah. I just wish someone would publish the rest of the series to wrap it up.
Also I just started reading Civil War (everything connected to it), the spoiler fest that ran rampant across TV/Internet/Radio made me feel compelled to read it. _________________

Please tell me you didn't pay for it. If you buy something after the hype then Marvel has already won :-P _________________

No, I am not paying for anything. Maybe if I like it enough I would get the Trade, but I am not going to pay the amounts the final issue is going for now. _________________

I just happened to stumble upon my avatar(it was a long time ago and I kinda forgot which one) and my h-incest sig was from a thread on another forum.
And my current sig shows Toups's talents as an erotic writer.

shrugtheironteacup and cryo, I have to thank you for introducing me to the Bro Rape sketch, and likewise everything those guys do. I literally watch "Girls Are Not To Be Trusted" at least once a day.
By the way, the current avatar is some card with Lina Inverse, an anime character, on it. There was a thread a little while back that linked to them. It looked neat so's I hopped on the bandwagon. _________________ I can no longer shop happily. |
