It was a good experiment. I'm sorry more people didn't use it, because I sure promoted it to people. I thought it was really useful (and fun).

Yeah, sorry, I didn't get any warning either. In fact, the only reason I have a recent backup of the database was because the night before I'd backed everything up and started refactoring the way the database handles platforms. Looks like I'm not going to be finishing that. :|

I did a backup of one of my sites the same day the database got corrupted. Sometimes good luck comes with the bad luck.
I might go. I've been really busy the past month or so, and I might take the afternoon off (after a 5K in the morning). LA is just far enough from Irvine to be annoying. Do you have a way I can contact you on Saturday if I decide to head up? |
