What kind of shield is the IGN guy using so that the Capra Demon's attacks don't immediately knock him down, take down his entire endurance bar and half his health bar? I did it with a shield I got in the Valley of Drakes and pretty much gave up on blocking after the first attack. Also I'm pretty sure I was in my upper 20s when I fought the Capra Demon too, so that's definitely not it.
