That's ironic, since Taylor Hackford's directed just about everything but action movies (his best film is still Hail! Hail! Rock 'n Roll). His movies can get sappy though, which is not a good fit for Parker at all. |

I've never read the book, but I'm curious what the departure is? Is it that the characters are supposed to look completely different when they are reincarnated? I can understand wanting to use the same actors to make it easier for the audience to identify them, but I'm sure it will look super creepy. |

They were making a King Conan movie 10 years ago that got cancelled when Arnie became governor. That sucked. I'm glad they're making it now even though his body's deteriorated a lot since then. |
