Yeah, as of 1:45 AM PDT, the problem has moved from "Error 37" to timing out on accessing hero server, so either you lose forward progress just before character creation or as you're submitting your character. _________________ JSNLV is frequently and intentionally wrong. |

One of the reasons I'm typically bad at competitive games of strategy and tactics is that I have a deleterious fondness for RNG-dependent tools. Case in point: I just entered Act IV of Normal (loooooool) on the strength of my exploding dogs build. The Azmodan fight went something like Grasp of the Dead > Corpse Spiders > Sacrifice > Sacrifice > Sacrifice > Sacrifice > Summon Zombie Dogs > Sacrifice > Sacrifice > Firebomb > collect loot. I'm sure this won't work in Nightmare (let alone higher difficulties), but god damn is it fun to play right now. _________________ JSNLV is frequently and intentionally wrong. |

i'm only level 10 :(
i've done a cursory search on the internet, but, eh, are weapons just used as stat modifiers? i'm okay with just using spiders/toads, but something bothers me about not using a WEAPON.
the last diablo i played was D1.
also, does co-op increase/change EXP per enemy or make anything more difficult? |
You can use any weapon that isn't exclusive to another class. That said, most Demon Hunter abilities are incompatible with melee weapons and wands. Your "default attack" is a normal weapon swing which is deployed any time you try to use an attack that's on cooldown, but that is literally never the right tactical move.
Every additional player in the game increases the difficulty of all monsters. Pretty sure this increases XP rewards, as well. _________________ JSNLV is frequently and intentionally wrong. |

The way dual wielding is handled is that you get a 15% speed boost overall, but your attacks alternate from using one weapon to using the other. Attack speed for each weapon is calculated separately. If you really want to dig into this stuff, the theorycrafters are way ahead of you. _________________ JSNLV is frequently and intentionally wrong. |

Yeah? On The Butcher, if you don't kill him fast enough, all of the fires ignite at once and burn continuously. _________________ JSNLV is frequently and intentionally wrong. |

Yeah, if only there were some people in their company who had some idea how to run an online service.
Or at least look at their dashboards and then be able, somehow, to increase server capacity. |
If PC gaming is the future, Blizzard is putting up a good argument as to how dim the future looks for online gaming. Hell, this game doesn't even have built in voice support, which is just weird. |
To be fair, WOW's built-in voice support is fucking horrible and should actually be removed from the game. I'm glad they've spared us the trouble for this. _________________ JSNLV is frequently and intentionally wrong. |

Guys, there's a simple solution to gearing up a monk in inferno.
I know we've moved past the voice discussion, but technically Xbox Live's voice implementation is a third-party solution as far as individual games are concerned: the platform manufacturer provides the solution, rather than the individual game developer. The only difference between that and the situation on PC is that you get to choose between voice programs on the PC. _________________ JSNLV is frequently and intentionally wrong. |
